Leadership Qualifications, it's all in The WORD.

God, let my words not be the words of my flesh but the words of Your heart that you've ignited in me, so that the words I speak are not of the flesh but of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

It's become a new fad to start churches in thoughts it may earn you a quick buck, and I can say from experience with no accountability being held to the church planters or certain pastors in the church it is being a destroyer of families and individuals lives. I speak from my heart as not only someone who has been GREATLY affected by malicious evils of leadership but as someone who has been aware of it and is now seeing more and more of it each and every day. Leadership in the church is a CRUCIAL role. We trust our pastor, we believe our pastor, we confide in our pastor, or at least we should feel all these things. 

The bible, THE WORD from GOD, clearly states SO many verses straight forward on leadership. I've ran into situations with so called leaders of a church where they will back out of certain scriptures or tell me that its irrelevant to society today. I'm sorry that is iconoclastic, but Gods word is NEVER irrelevant. It is and was the same 100 years ago, today, and a 100 years from today. If you cannot agree that the only thing constant now and forever is Jesus you must check that you are reading the same bible that I am.  The words in the book of 1 Timothy are powerful. You cannot refuse the solid words of our MASTER Jesus Christ. 

"These are things I want you to teach and preach. If you have leaders there who teach otherwise, who refuse the solid words of our Master Jesus and this godly instruction, tag them for what they are: IGNORANT windbags who infect the air with germs of envy, controversy, bad-mouthing, suspicious rumors. Eventually there's an epidemic of backstabbing, and truth is but a distant memory. They think religion is a way to make a fast buck." 1 Timothy 6:3-5

Qualifications of leadership have nothing to do with giftedness. You may be a great speaker, and have many followers of your words, but if your words to not match up to Christs words, they are nothing but blasphemous. And by leading others away from God your accountability with then be with God's wrath the day you meet Him. By not following what is written in scripture you are making up your own religious nightmare that will get you no where. Your life is held at such a higher standard that if you are not only living your life a FULL example to what the word says, than you are not qualified.

As Paul is states in 1 Timothy, "God and Jesus and angels all back me up in these instructions. Carry them out without favoritism, without taking sides. Don't appoint people to church leadership too hastily. If a person is involved in some SERIOUS sins, you don't want to become an unwitting accomplice. In any event, keep a close check on yourself. And DON'T worry about what the critics say.... The sins of some people are blatant and march them right into court. The sins of others don't show up until much later...." 1 Timothy 5:21-25 

Serious sins involve, adultery, fraud, and slanderous life styles. I'm sorry pimpin' from the pulpit is strictly not acceptable let alone more than once. Bon Jovi  is not worship music and when it comes to people lives you cannot have three strikes your out or third time the charm. You are dealing with souls that are lost searching for Jesus. And if your church can't continue without you, it wasn't destined for you.

Now I'm not saying pastors aren't human. I understand how life is and how people are. But what I will not stand for is premeditated perpetual sin infesting in not only your life but bringing it into the homes of families and individuals.

"These are the kind of people who smooth-talk themselves into homes of unstable and needy women and take advantage of them; women who, depressed by their sinfulness, take up with every new religious fad that calls itself "truth". They get exploited every time and NEVER really learn. These men are like those old Egyptian frauds Jannes and Jambres, who challenged moses. They were rejects from faith, twisted in their thinking, defying truth itself. But nothing will come of these latest impostors. EVERYONE will see through them, just as people saw through that Egyptian Hoax. " 2 Timothy 3:6-9

As for myself, I let such malicious evils get to me 3 years ago. I let the false teachings of a pastor get in my head. I let my thoughts wander by thinking HOW COULD THIS BE GODS PLAN for my life, for my family. I didn't want to step foot into a church, I did not trust leaders nor anyone for that fact. However, now I see God had a plan through out all of this mans deceitfulness in theft.  Through all of that God taught me that it doesn't have to be this way, that His word hasn't changed even though many churches have. His words are right there, this actually isn't new behavior. Because God is constant He gave me His words to show me His way. And as it states in 1 Timothy 6:3 I will call you out as you are, an ignorant windbag. (as among many others) I will leave you with this, You may repent, you can ask for forgiveness. Your heart may truly change, but you are easily attacked by evil spirits of pernicious that you do not fit the qualifications anymore to pastor. It doesn't work that way. Be aware that God is NOT pleased with you



I challenge you that if you have ever felt this way that I have, if you have ever been SO deeply hurt that you don't trust the church anymore, call it for what it is and move on. God is still the same, don't let Satan be the one to hold you back from stepping into the church. As for the many snakes out there, there is 1,000+ more angels backing you up, along with God and Jesus. Praise God through it, and pray for those who hurt you.
